Our Prototypes.
Villa locations are thoughtfully pre-assigned to specific prototypes, ensuring optimal views, orientation, and natural flow throughout the property.
The masterplan was designed so that each of the 19 villas sits in its ideal position on the site.
To achieve the best ocean views, privacy conditions, sunlight, breezes, and internal flow, every homesite has been matched with the prototype that best suits its topography and orientation.
