Guided by curiosity and the promise of the unknown, my father arrived on the coast of Oaxaca. He traveled through its mountains and valleys until he reached Salchi Bay — a hidden paradise where the ocean meets the jungle, where the silence feels sacred, and where every sunset paints a masterpiece.
He knew, then, that this was a place to protect — a rare piece of earth meant to be honored, not conquered.
For decades, he safeguarded this land, waiting for the right moment to bring to life a project worthy of its beauty: one built with respect, awareness, and purpose. A place that celebrates simplicity, nature, and the quiet luxury of belonging.
With time, I understood: what started as his dream was now mine to complete. “Bendito Salchi,” I said one afternoon, as the bay glowed under a breathtaking sunset. The vision was ready to be built.
Today, that shared vision takes form in Benditas Villas de Salchi — a heartfelt tribute to authenticity, harmony, and the timeless spirit of Oaxaca’s coast. A project born from his dream, and carried forward by mine — to gently offer it to those who feel drawn to this land and its spirit, inviting them to make it part of their own story.
